Polyurethane Sieve Bends
Polyurethane Sieve Bends can be used as a successful alternative to metallic sieve bends in very fine wet and dry screening operations, especially where corrosion or noise is an issue.
Polyurethane sieves are lightweight, economical and ready for installation without modification. As a material, polyurethane offers maximum flexibility in screen opening configurations, as well as the integration of performance enhancing features like ‘l’ type weirs, restricted flow bars, rider bars and deflectors.

Stringer Bar Capping
Polylok Product’s polyurethane/rubber stringer bar capping is specifically designed to protect the steel stringer bars supporting the screen cloths in vibrating screens. The polyurethane/rubber capping protects the top of the stringer bar and prevents the underside of the screen cloth from excessive wear and damage.
